Our Mission

At AlmostFree Apps we build apps that are useful and almost free. Why almost free? Completely free apps either sell your data, show you ads or are not maintained. Expensive apps are... well... expensive.

We believe that the sweet spot is an app that is very cheap but that still charges a very low ongoing fee - a fee that is so low it is almost free. This is just enough incentive so that we will continue to maintain the apps for years to come while not showing ads or selling your data.

Alex lives outside Pittsburgh, PA with his family and their rescue dog, Izzy. When he's not building apps, you'll find him on the tennis court or exploring new technologies. With a passion for helping people, Alex started AlmostFree Apps to create useful tools that everyone can afford.
